SUPERIOR PROTECTION, LASTING SUCCESS.

The Challenge: Corrosion's Cost

For steel product manufacturers and builders, rust is a direct threat to product longevity, client satisfaction, and your brand. Traditional coatings often fall short, leading to premature failure and damaging trust.

How It Works: Our Simple Process

  • Expert Preparation

    Meticulous sandblasting for optimal adhesion.

  • Advanced Application

Precise application of molten zinc for an impenetrable protective layer.

  • Lasting Results

Your products leave our facility engineered for superior longevity and performance.

The Alternative to a Galvanize Specification: We specialize in corrosion prevention of iron and steel parts. This is accomplished by flame spraying zinc, aluminum, or a zinc/aluminum alloy onto the part to be protected.  To Metallize a part it must first be sandblasted to remove all paint, rust, mill scale, oil, etc. The zinc or zinc/aluminum alloy wire is fed into an oxy/propane flame and melted into tiny molten particles that fall into a high-pressure airflow that propels them onto the sandblasted substrate.

The tiny molten particles begin to bond to one another below the surface of the substrate.  The particles fill in the substrate and smooth out over the surface, leaving fine sandpaper like finish.  Because of the texture of the Metallized surface, paint, as well as other coatings, bond strongly to the surface. The result is anodic protection of galvanizing, but with a surface that paint and powder coating bond to better than any other.

A paintable finish that resists rusting for up to 20 plus years.

If it is going to be painted or powder coated: Metallize Don’t Galvanize.
